Regional Leadership Conference

The Suncoast HOSA Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) is an exciting HOSA event held this November at Middleton High School, bringing together members from across the region to learn, grow, and connect. This conference offers engaging workshops designed to help students strengthen their efficiency, communication, and teamwork skills, offering valuable tools that will benefit them both in school and in their future healthcare careers. 

RLC is a great opportunity for members to develop as future medical leaders while building friendships and having fun along the way!

Winter Leadership Conference

The Suncoast HOSA Winter Leadership Conference (WLC) is a regional event held every January at Middleton High School, bringing together students from both Hillsborough and Pinellas County to compete in a wide variety of health, recognition and leadership events. It’s an exciting opportunity for members to showcase their skills, connect with other future health professionals, and grow as leaders. 

The top three competitors in each event advance to the State Leadership Conference. WLC is not only a fun and inspiring experience, but also an important step toward achieving state level recognition in HOSA.

State Leadership Conference

The Florida HOSA State Leadership Conference (SLC) is held every April and serves as the next level of competition after the Regional Leadership Conference. At SLC, students from across the state come together to showcase their skills, knowledge, and leadership in a wide range of health science events. 

Participants compete against the best HOSA members in Florida for a chance to earn top honors, with the top three finalists in each event advancing to the International Leadership Conference (ILC).
